English Conversation with Tim Notehelfer (Upper Beginner)

This conversational English class focuses on building vocabulary, listening, and speaking skills. Participants will engage in topical conversations in small groups, with personalized guidance and feedback provided throughout the class.This class is held in person at International House Davis every Wednesday from 1:00PM - 2:00PM. It is part of the I-House Learning Membership offerings. Your first class is free, and after that, you'll need an active Learning Membership to keep joining the group. I grew up in Oakland but have been living in southern California for 24 years. I moved to the Davis area two years ago and enjoy living in northern California once again, especially the change of seasons here. I lived in Japan three different times to teach conversational English - living for a total of 3 and a half years there. I love sushi and Japanese culture. I also enjoy playing tennis.
